At BLAWNS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.


🔸 Replacement / Refund Eligibility


We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:
•Damaged product received
•Wrong product received
•Missing item in parcel
We do not offer return, exchange, or refund for:
•Size issues
•Color difference due to lighting/screen settings
•Change of mind or dislike of product
•Minor thread or stitching variations


🔸 Unboxing Video is Mandatory


A complete unboxing video is compulsory for any complaint or claim.


🎥 Unboxing Video Guidelines:


•Start recording before opening the parcel
•Clearly show:
    Packed courier cover
    Shipping label
    Opening process without cuts or edits
    Product issue/damage clearly


⚠️ Complaints without proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


🔸 Return Request Time


Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or Instagram DM with:

•Photos/videos of issue
•Full unboxing video


🔸 Replacement Process


•After verification, replacement will be processed within 3–7 business days
•If replacement stock is unavailable, refund/store credit will be provided

🔸 Refund Policy


•Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
•COD charges and shipping charges are non-refundable

Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

•Product must be unused and in original condition with tags
•Customized stitching orders are non-returnable
•Sale/offer products may not be eligible for return or exchange
